• Send out email and copy of executed documents to all parties

• Submit any addendums (agent must provide instruction)

• Review listing/buyer paperwork

• Obtain any missing paperwork and initials/signatures

• Create an opportunity in Command

• Submit paperwork in Command for compliance

• Submit offer/commission tab

• Monitor all deadlines so that none are missed

• Confirm appraisal and loan status throughout

• Confirm with title company that they received
  EMD and request receipt

• Schedule inspections and upload any reports

• Obtain copy of the settlement statement and review with agent

• Request a distribution authorization

• Schedule the closing with the title company, agent, and buyer/seller

• Send closing email to buyer/seller with all closing information

• Upload closing documents into command

• Close opportunity in Command

• Close listing in MLS
